Chilled Cucumber Parsley Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1cupyogurt, natural
2cuplight cream or 1 cup milk
1cupheavy cream
2eachcucumbers, seedless, peeled, chopped
1cupparsley, or chives, finely chopped
1onions, green
2teaspoonsalt

Directions:

Stir yogurt and cream together until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with thin unpeeled cucumber slices and a dash of paprika.

Serves 6.
