Bok Choy Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1eachbok choy, medium head, diced
1eachgreen onions, bunch, chopped
1eachramen noodles, 3 oz package
1/2cupalmonds, blanched, slivered
2tablespoonsesame seeds, toasted
1/3cupolive oil
3teaspoonlemon juice

Directions:

Combine cabbage and green onions; cover and chill. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and ramen noodle seasoning packet. Refrigerate until chilled. Break ramen noodles into small pieces; combine with toasted almonds and sesame seeds. Before serving, combine the cabbage mixture and noodle mixture; add dressing and toss to coat.
