Crockpot Swiss Steak Recipe

Ingredients
1	each	round steak, cut serving size
1	teaspoon	oregano
1/4	teaspoon	red pepper flakes
1/4	teaspoon	pepper
15	oz	tomato sauce
1	each	onion, sliced
Directions:
Flour meat, blend remaining ingredients, except onion. Put meat in crockpot, top with sliced onion, pour on sauce. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours.
