Neiman-Marcus Cookies Recipe
2 c Butter 2 c Granulated sugar 2 c Light brown sugar 4 Eggs 2 t Vanilla extract 4 c All-purpose flour 5 c Oatmeal, blended* 1 t Salt 2 t Baking powder 2 t Baking soda 24 oz Chocolate chips 1 8 oz. Hershey bar (grated) 3 c Chopped pecans Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar, and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies (recipe may be halved. *Measure oatmeal, then blend in a blender to a fine powder. |
