2 ripe avocados -- good-sized 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon Victorial salsa 3 cups chicken soup -- (cubes dissolved in hot water -- works fine) 1 cup plain yogurt 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/3 teaspoon dillweed 1/2 cup milk Combine all ingredients (except herbs) in a blender jar, preferably the plastic type with the blades on the top. Blend until smooth and creamy. Chill. Serve in attractive cups or small bowls, garnished with herbs. Serves six.
