Apple Dapple Cake Recipe

1/2 c Oil 2 c Sugar 3 Eggs 3 c Flour 1 ts Soda 2 ts Salt 2 ts Vanilla 3 c Apples 1 c Coconut 1 c Pecans Topping: 1 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Margarine 1/2 c Milk Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a tube pan. Mix oil & sugar in lg mixing bowl. Add eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, & salt. Beat with electric mixer until well blended & mixture is stiff. Stir in apples, coconuts, & pecans. Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1 1/2 hrs. Topping: Mix all ingredients well. Bring to a boil for 2 min. Pour over hot cake. ~-
