Autumn Quick Bread Recipe

Ingredients
---QUICKBREAD BASE ---
1 1/2cupflour
1/2teaspoonsalt
1cupsugar
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2cupvegetable oil
2eacheggs, beaten
  
---PUMPKIN---
1cuppumpkin, canned
2teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1/3cupnuts, optional
1/3cupraisins, optional
  
---APPLESAUCE---
1cupapplesauce
1tablespoonmolasses
1teaspooncinnamon
  
---BANANA---
3eachbananas, ripe, mashed
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonginger
  
---PEANUTbutter BANANA ---
2eachbananas, ripe, mashed
1/2cuppeanut butter
  
---CRANBERRY---
1cupcranberries, chopped
1tablespoonorange juice, concentrate

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Gather the ingredients for the Quick Bread Base and one of the variations. Coat 4 small loaf pans with vegetable cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients; blend well and set aside. Combine wet ingredients; blend well. Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Distribute batter among the 4 pans, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
