Quick Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1poundbeef, ground
16ozvegetables, frozen, mixed
4cupv-8 cocktail juice
4cupwater
2tablespoonbouillon, beef flavor, instant
1teaspoonbasil, leaves
1teaspoonmarjoram, leaves
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoononion salt
1/2teaspoonpepper
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/2poundspaghetti, broken into thirds, uncooked
1parmesan cheese, grated, optional

Directions:

In dutch oven, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in next ten ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes.

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add to soup mixture; heat through. Serve with parmesan cheese.

Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
