4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 cup oil 2 cups loosely packed -- grated zucchini with skin 2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup walnuts 2 cups flour 1 Tblsp. vanilla 1 Tblsp. cinnamon 2 apples -- peeled & grated Combine all ingredients. Bake in two loaf pans at 350 for 1 hr. |
