Swedish Apple Pie Recipe
1/2 c Flour 3/4 c Sugar Dash salt 2 ts Baking powder 1 1/2 c Diced apples 1/2 c Nut meats 1 Egg beaten 1 ts Vanilla Mix together Flour, sugar, salt & baking powder and add to apples & nuts. Beat egg & vanilla. Mix all together. Spread on well oiled 9" pie plate. Bake at 25 min at 350. Serve warm w/vanilla ice cream or w/whipped cream. ----- |
