One-Minute Cookies Recipe
2 c Sugar 1/2 c Cocoa 1/2 c Milk 1/2 c Margarine 2 1/2 c Oats, rolled (raw) 1/4 c Peanut butter 1 1/2 c Coconut 1 ts Vanilla Recipe by: Diane Maultsby Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in a pan. Boil one minute after mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Quickly mix in all other ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on wax paper. Let cool. Makes about 3-1/2 dozen. ----- |
