Oatmeal Pudding Cookies Recipe
1 1/4 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1 c Butter or margarine; -softened 3/4 c Packed brown sugar 1/4 c Granulated sugar 1 pk Instant vanilla pudding(4oz) 2 Eggs 3 1/2 c Quick oats 1 c Raisins; optional Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Baking time: 8 minutes Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, both sugars and the pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour and oatmeal. Batter will be stiff. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for the 8 minutes. ----- |
