ROLL OR PAT TO A 1/2" THICKNESS: CUT WITH 2 1/2" BISCUIT CUTTER USING STRAIGHT MOTION. DO NOT ROTATE THE CUTTER. THIS WILL CAUSE BISCUITS TO FLATTER THAN DESIRED.
