Maple Apple Muffins Recipe

2 each eggs -- beaten

1/2 cup Margarine - becel light -- or butter

1 cup maple syrup -- 100% Pure

1 1/2 cups apples, peeled -- diced

3 cups flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350. Cream eggs and margarine in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add Maple Syrup and apples. Mix well. Sift in dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
