M&M Chocolate-Chocolate Cookies Recipe

3/4 c Margarine softened

1/3 c Granulated sugar

1/3 c Light brown sugar

1 lg Egg

1 ts Vanilla extract

3 ts Cocoa powder

1 1/2 c All purpose flour

3/4 ts Baking soda

1/4 ts Salt

12 oz M&m semi-sweet choc. candies

Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in M&M's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Candies until evenly blended. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 - 13 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks.

Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies. Mars, Incorporated 1993 -----
