2 Unbaked pie shells 4 Eggs 2 cn Solid pack pumpkin =16 oz each 1 1/4 c Sugar 1 ts Salt 2 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Ginger 1/2 ts Ground cloves 2 cn Skimmed evaporated milk 1/2 c Jack daniel whiskey Or george dickel whiskey Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shells. Bake 15 minutes at 425. Reduce temperature to 350, and bake 40-50 minutes. Cool on wire rack.JM.
