| Beat butter & cream cheese well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until light brown. Note: A cookie press is needed for this recipe. You can also use almond extract instead of the lemon extract. Use green food coloring at Christmas and sprinkle them with red sugar. | |||
