AUSSIE: ROSEVILLE TEA SANDWICHES Recipe

Ingredients
1/4cupmayonnaise
1tablespoongreen onion, minced
1tablespoonfresh dill, chopped
1tablespooncapers
1pnpepper
2teaspoonhorseradish
8slwhole wheat bread
2teaspoonbutter, softened
4slsmoked salmon
12eachcucumber slices, thin

Directions:

Combine mayonnaise, onion, dill, cappers, horseradish and pepper. Trim crusts from bread. Spread with butter then mayonnaise mixture. Arrange salmon and cucumber over 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles or squares.
